Reactivation paths depend on where in the cancellation lifecycle you are. The two windows below cover everything before the 30-day permanent deletion.
01 What are the two windows to reactivate?
There are two windows, depending on where you are in the cancellation lifecycle. While the period is still active (cancel pending, not yet ended), one click in Settings → Subscription undoes the cancel and billing resumes at the next renewal. During the 30-day grace after period end (account deactivated), you reactivate at /account/reactivate instead. Both paths are detailed below.
- During the active period (cancel pending, not yet ended). One click in Settings → Subscription undoes the cancel. Billing resumes on the next renewal.
- During the 30-day grace (period ended, account deactivated). Visit /account/reactivate, log in with your email, and follow the reactivation flow — it brings the account back, data intact, and starts a new Stripe subscription.
02 How do I reactivate my account?
- 1Visit /account/reactivate
Or try to log in normally and the redirect lands you there.
- 2Enter your email and password
Same credentials as before cancellation.
- 3Pick a plan
Starter, Growth, or Pro — same options as a new signup.
- 4Complete Stripe checkout
New subscription starts.
- 5You're back in
Your data is restored exactly as it was at cancellation.
03 Can I still reactivate after 30 days?
Past the 30-day grace, your data is permanently deleted. Reactivation isn't possible — you'd sign up fresh with the same email, starting from zero. The historical entries are gone.
04 Which plan do I pick when I come back?
When you reactivate, you can pick any plan — not necessarily the one you had before cancelling. If your shop has shrunk or grown since you left, pick the plan that fits the current state. The reactivation flow gives you the same three options as a new signup.
