Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. You never sign anything, you're never locked in, and you keep full access through the month you've already paid for.

nouz is monthly only. You pay for the month you used — no annual contract, no upfront commitment. Daily profit-and-loss software earns its keep month by month, not year by year, so locking owners in upfront isn't the model. Most shop owners stick around once they see their daily numbers.

No phone call required, no retention conversation. After cancellation, your data stays in nouz for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted.

nouz notifies you at 80% and again at 100% of your plan's revenue cap so there are no surprises. You upgrade when ready, and revenue entry resumes immediately. The app never silently auto-charges you onto a higher plan or locks you out completely.

Yes — upgrade or downgrade your nouz plan anytime from inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the days remaining in the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period so you keep the access you've already paid for. No support call, no waiting period.

Once subscribed, cancellation is two clicks inside the app and stops the next billing cycle — you won't be charged again, but the month you've already paid for stays active.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on secure infrastructure with strict access controls. You can delete your entire nouz account anytime from Settings → Danger Zone — a 30-day reactivation window lets you change your mind before everything is permanently removed.
