BeProfit has four plans: Basic at $49 for 450 orders a month, Pro at $99 for 900 and Ultimate at $149 for 1.700, each for one shop, and Plus at $249 with unlimited orders, shops and platforms. The P&L report starts on Pro; LTV cohorts and UTM attribution start on Ultimate.
BeProfit prices in blocks of orders, one shop at a time. Each of its first three plans covers a set number of orders a month on a single shop, and the fourth removes both limits at once. There is no fee per order: past a plan's orders, the next plan applies. This page sets out the four plans as BeProfit's Shopify App Store listing publishes them, prices each at 100, 500, 1.000 and 5.000 orders a month, and lists what each one adds.

What BeProfit costs at 100, 500, 1.000 and 5.000 orders
A plan that runs out of orders does not charge for the extra ones; the store moves to the next plan instead. So each volume has one cheapest plan, and a second one if the P&L report is part of the requirement, since the Basic plan does not carry it.
Orders a month
| Plan | 100 orders a month | 500 orders a month | 1.000 orders a month | 5.000 orders a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic, $49 | $49 | upgrade | upgrade | upgrade |
| Pro, $99 | $99 | $99 | upgrade | upgrade |
| Ultimate, $149 | $149 | $149 | $149 | upgrade |
| Plus, $249 | $249 | $249 | $249 | $249 |
| Cheapest | $49 on Basic | $99 on Pro | $149 on Ultimate | $249 on Plus |
| Cheapest with the P&L report | $99 on Pro | $99 on Pro | $149 on Ultimate | $249 on Plus |
At 100 orders the Basic plan is the lowest bill, $49, for a store that reads profit from the dashboard; with the P&L report, $99 on Pro. At 500 orders Basic no longer covers the volume, so the cheapest is $99 on Pro. At 1.000 orders it is $149 on Ultimate, and from 1.701 orders a month upward the bill is $249 on Plus, which is where BeProfit's pricing stops moving.
Which BeProfit plan fits which store
- One shop under 450 orders a month that reads profit from the dashboard: Basic, at $49.
- One shop that needs the P&L report or custom reports, up to 900 orders: Pro, at $99.
- One shop that wants LTV cohorts, UTM attribution or the pricing simulators, up to 1.700 orders: Ultimate, at $149.
- Past 1.700 orders, more than one shop, Amazon or WooCommerce beside Shopify, a larger team or API access: Plus, at $249.
Two questions settle most choices before price does. Does the store need the P&L report, or is the dashboard enough? And is there, or will there soon be, a second shop or a second platform? A yes to the second question goes straight to Plus, whatever the order count, and it is worth answering for next year's business rather than this month's.
Shops, platforms and annual billing
The one-shop limit decides more BeProfit bills than the order limits do. Two shops in one account, on any platform, means Plus at $249, whatever their volume, and Plus is also the plan that brings Amazon and WooCommerce shops into the same view as Shopify. For a seller with shops on several platforms that is the whole point of the product, and one bill over all of it is a fair price. The listing also shows each plan billed annually at a 20 percent saving, and it is the place to check a price before buying.
How nouz compares
nouz prices per plan: Base $55, Pro $115 and Scale $289 a month (about €49, €99 and €249). Base covers up to 500 orders a month, and Pro and Scale have no order limit, and every plan carries every feature, the full P&L included. At the same four volumes: at 100 orders, BeProfit $49 on Basic, or $99 on Pro with the P&L report, nouz $55 on Base; at 500, $99 on Pro against $55 on Base; at 1.000, $149 on Ultimate against $115 on Pro; at 5.000, $249 on Plus against $115 on Pro. For several Shopify stores, nouz Pro covers up to 5 stores and Scale up to 10 stores.
The two are built for different sellers. BeProfit reads Shopify, Amazon and WooCommerce in one dashboard; nouz reads Shopify only and goes deeper into it, with a 34-line statement, a VAT line, logistics priced per parcel, every cost dated and a Forecast page. nouz vs BeProfit sets out where each fits, TrueProfit and BeProfit compared covers the other order-priced option, and the profit tracker cost calculator puts every tool at your own volume.
How these prices were read
BeProfit's plans, prices and plan contents were checked 1 Oct 2026 on its Shopify App Store listing; its own pricing page draws the same table in the browser, and its homepage names the platforms it reads. nouz's figures come from the plans its checkout charges, set out under nouz's pricing. For the other ways out of BeProfit, BeProfit alternatives covers the field.
