How do I invite someone to my workspace?

In Settings and then Team, enter their email address and choose a role. They receive an invitation, set up their own sign-in and land in your workspace with exactly the permissions that role carries.

Each person gets their own login rather than sharing yours. That is worth insisting on for a boring reason and an important one: the boring one is that people leave, and revoking one invitation is cleaner than changing a shared password. The important one is that an Analyst who cannot write is only safe if they are actually signed in as themselves.

Invitations can be revoked before they are accepted, and a member can be removed afterwards. Removing someone ends their access immediately.
