How do I export my data?
Settings, Data export. The full account archive is available on every plan, because portability is a right rather than a paid feature, and it covers everything the account holds.
Pro adds individual exports of the P&L, products, inventory, orders, order lines, payments, refunds, ad spend, cost rules and packaging EPR volumes, as CSV, Excel or JSON. Every export shows its exact row count and its column headers before you download, so you know what the file holds before it exists, and a CSV can be formatted for German Excel or for plain imports.
