Signing in, your team, emails and alerts, where your data lives, exports and deletion.

  1. 01Where is my data stored?Your data is stored in the EU, and the app runs from the same region.
  2. 02How do I export my data?Open Settings, then the Data export tab.
  3. 03What is in the full account export?The full account export is one ZIP file with all of your store's data.
  4. 04Which file format and number format should I choose for an export?Choose by where the file goes next.
  5. 05Where are my recent exports, and when do links expire?Every export you start appears under Recent exports, in Settings under Data export.
  6. 06How do I delete my account?Write to support@nouz.co from the address you sign in with.
  7. 07How do I invite someone to my team?On Pro and Scale, the account's owner opens Settings, then Team.
  8. 08How do I remove someone or change their role?The owner does it in Settings, under Team.
  9. 09Do you store my customers' personal data?No. nouz stores no names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses of your customers.
  10. 10How do I sign in?You sign in with your email address and your password, on the login page.
  11. 11I have forgotten my password. What now?Click Forgot password?
  12. 12Can I change the email address on my account?Not inside the app yet.
  13. 13How do I change my name in nouz?Open Settings, then the Profile tab.
  14. 14What can each team role do?There are three roles: Owner, Admin and Analyst.
  15. 15Which emails does nouz send, and how do I switch them off?nouz sends three kinds of email: reports, alerts and a few notes about things you did.
  16. 16How do I choose when my daily profit report arrives?Open Settings, then the Notifications tab.

  18. 18Can my bookkeeper get a custom report without a login?Yes, a custom report emails your chosen P&L lines to anyone.

  20. 20How long does a session last, and how do I log out?You stay signed in on a device until you log out, so nouz does not ask every morning.
  21. 21What do you track about me in the app?Page views are counted by Vercel Web Analytics, on the website and in the app.
