How do I invite someone to my team?

On Pro and Scale, the account's owner opens Settings, then Team. Type the person's email address, pick a role and click Send invite. They get an email with a link that works for seven days. They set up their own sign-in with that address. Then they land in your workspace, your shared nouz account, with what their role allows.

There are three roles. An Owner can do everything, including billing and the team. An Admin can edit costs, connect integrations and change store settings, but not billing or the team. An Analyst sees every number and changes nothing. That suits an accountant or an agency. The detail is in what each team role can do.

A role covers every store in your workspace, so the person sees all your stores. Base covers one team member. Pro includes up to 5 team members, and Scale has no limit. Open invitations take a seat too. A bookkeeper who only needs the numbers can get them by email, without a seat, through a custom report.

Each person signs in as themselves rather than sharing your login. People leave, and removing one person is cleaner than changing a shared password. An invitation can be resent or revoked before it is accepted. A member's role can be changed later, and removing someone ends their access at once. An account always keeps at least one owner.
