Can I change the email address on my account?

Not inside the app yet. Settings, under Profile, shows your login email, but you cannot edit it there. To change it, write to support@nouz.co from the address you sign in with. Tell us the new address, and we change it for you.

Your email address is who you are in nouz. You sign in with it, password resets go to it, and your report emails arrive there. Invoices work differently. If nouz bills you directly, they carry the billing details from Settings, under Billing. With Shopify billing, the plan sits on your Shopify bills.

Writing from the address you sign in with matters. It is how we know the request comes from you, not from someone who wants your account.
