What happens if I uninstall and reconnect?
Uninstalling nouz stops the sync and ends nouz's access to your store. Shopify also stops billing the plan from the next billing cycle. 48 hours later, Shopify asks us to delete what we synced from that store, and we do. That means its orders, refunds, payments, daily figures and exports.
Your own work stays in your account. Your cost rules, your product catalogue with its costs and your ad spend are kept. They are yours, not Shopify's.
To come back, install nouz again from the App Store. A fresh full sync brings your order history back. Your cost rules still have their dates. So every order is priced with the rules that were true on its own day, not with today's.
To stop syncing without deleting anything, disconnect Shopify in Settings instead. Your plan keeps running until you cancel it. To delete one store's data yourself without uninstalling, use Delete store data in Settings.
