How do I disconnect a source?

Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the source you want to stop. What happens next depends on the source. Either way, the data nouz already synced stays in your account, so your past P&L does not go empty. Only an owner or an admin can disconnect.

For Shopify, scroll to Danger zone at the bottom of the panel. Click Disconnect next to Disconnect the store, then Disconnect store to confirm. Syncing stops, and nouz deletes the key that let it read your store. Your synced data and your cost rules, the costs you entered, stay as they are. You can reconnect at any time, and the sync picks up where your data ends.

Disconnecting does not cancel your plan. It keeps running until you cancel it in Settings, then Billing. To delete a store's synced data as well, use Delete store data.

For an ad platform, the panel lists your ad accounts, each with a switch. Turn a switch off to pause that account. nouz stops reading its spend, and the spend it already has stays in your P&L. Turn the switch on again, and nouz fetches the days it missed.

Uninstalling nouz in your Shopify admin goes further. It ends access from Shopify's side and stops Shopify billing the plan from the next cycle. 48 hours later, Shopify asks nouz to delete the orders, refunds, payments, daily numbers and exports from that store, and nouz does. Your cost rules, your products with their costs and your ad spend stay. So a reinstall starts from your own work, not from nothing.
