Signing up, connecting Shopify, and what arrives in the first sync.
- How do I connect my Shopify store?In onboarding, type your .myshopify.com address and press Connect.
- What arrives in the first sync?Every order, refund, product, variant and payment transaction your store has, back to its first sale.
- How long does setup take?Connecting Shopify and your ad accounts takes a few minutes.
- Can I connect a second store?On Pro, yes, up to five, and on Scale up to ten.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?Yes.
- How long does the first sync take?It depends on how much history your store has, because the backfill brings back every order you have ever taken rather than a recent window.
- What is the connect request queue?nouz installs on your store through Shopify's custom distribution, which means each install link is generated for one specific shop domain rather than picked up from a public listing.
- What happens if I uninstall and reconnect?Uninstalling the app in Shopify stops the sync and revokes our access token.
- Can I connect a development or test store?Yes, and it is a sensible way to see the product before pointing it at a live business.
- What happens on day one of the trial?You choose a plan and enter a card before the trial starts, so nothing is charged and nothing is pending.
- What are the onboarding steps?Four: connect Shopify, watch the import, connect your ad accounts, and a summary of exactly what came in.
- Can I skip a step and come back to it?Every step is skippable, and so is the whole wizard.
- Which currency does my store report in?Your shop's own currency, taken from Shopify at connect and shown as read-only in Settings.
- Which timezone decides what counts as today?Your store's own timezone, taken from Shopify.
