When data refreshes, what read-only means, and how to fix a stale source.
When does nouz sync?
Once every night, before the daily email, so the morning numbers are fresh. You can also press Sync now at any time to pull everything since the last run.
Every page shows how old its data is and which sources are behind, so you always know whether what you are reading is complete.
Can nouz change anything in my store?
No. Access is read-only. nouz can read orders, refunds, products and payment transactions and nothing else; there is no path in the product that writes to your shop.
It also never places a script on your storefront, so your page speed and your customers' browsers are untouched.
How do I disconnect a source?
Settings, Integrations, then Disconnect on the source. Access ends immediately and the stored token is deleted.
Historical data already synced stays in your account until you delete it, so your past P&L does not empty out when you disconnect an ad account.
