When your data refreshes, what Sync now does, and how to fix a source that stopped.

  3. 03How do I change the daily sync time?Open Settings, then Integrations.
  4. 04Can nouz change anything in my store?No. Every permission nouz asks Shopify for only lets it read.
  5. 05How do I disconnect a source?Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the source you want to stop.

  10. 10What does Recent syncs show in Settings?Recent syncs is a list of your latest syncs, newest first.
  11. 11What does a partial data warning mean?It means a number on the page is missing some of its data.

  14. 14Can I add ad spend by hand or by CSV?Yes. Open the Overhead page and click Add cost, then Marketing spend.
  15. 15Which ad platforms can I connect?You can connect Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
  16. 16How do I pause or add an ad account?Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the ad platform, such as Meta Ads.
  17. 17Why does nouz ask me to renew Meta access?Because Meta's access ends about 60 days after each sign-in.
  18. 18Why does nouz sync nightly rather than live?Because numbers that change while you read them are hard to trust.
  19. 19Why does a long backfill take a while?Because Shopify limits how fast any app may read a store, and a long history can hold hundreds of thousands of orders.
  20. 20Why does nouz ask for access to all orders?Because Shopify's normal order permission only reaches the last 60 days.
  21. 21What does nouz deliberately not read?nouz never reads your customers' names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.
  22. 22How do I delete one store's synced data?Open Settings, then the Store tab, and click Delete store data at the bottom.
  23. 23Yesterday's number changed. Why?Because one of the facts behind it changed.
  24. 24Why does a page say Updating the numbers?Because nouz is working a change into your numbers.
  25. 25What happens to orders placed in another currency?nouz converts them into your store's currency when they sync.
  26. 26Why does traffic or conversion rate show as unavailable?Because Shopify has not let nouz read your store's traffic yet.
