Every card on the Forecast, What if scenarios, goals, planned events and alerts, plus lead times and the Inventory page.

  1. 01How is the forecast built?The forecast is built from your own orders.
  2. 02What does EBITDA at month end show on the Forecast?It shows where this month's profit will most likely end.
  3. 03What does the day by day chart on the Forecast show?It shows this month added up one day at a time, so you can see if you are on pace.
  4. 04What does Next 12 months show on the Forecast?It shows your last 12 months as they happened beside the next 12 months as forecast, one bar per month.
  5. 05What does the What the forecast assumes card show?It shows the six numbers the forecast takes for granted, so you can check them.
  6. 06What do Orders a month and Revenue per order mean?Orders a month is how many orders the forecast expects in an average month.
  7. 07How do I add a sale or a launch to the forecast?Click Add event on the Planned events card, fill in the event and save it.
  8. 08What does the Forecast P&L show, and how do I export it?It shows every month ahead as a profit and loss statement, the way your P&L shows the past.

  16. 16How do goals work on the Forecast?A goal says what a month should bring, and the forecast shows whether it will.
  17. 17Which forecast emails and alerts can I get?Three: the forecast lines in your daily email, and two alerts that email you when the forecast needs you.
  18. 18What is a lead time used for, and where do I set it?A lead time is how many days a reorder takes to arrive, from placing the order until the stock is in your warehouse, ready to sell.
