Can my bookkeeper get a custom report without a login?

Yes, a custom report emails your chosen P&L lines to anyone. The P&L is your profit and loss statement. You set the schedule. The people who get it need no nouz login, and they take no seat on your plan.

To make one, open Settings, then Notifications. Under Custom reports, click New report. Give it a Name, which becomes the heading of the email. Then pick a Schedule: Daily, Weekly or Monthly, at an hour in your store's timezone. Daily covers yesterday. Weekly goes out on Mondays and covers the Monday to Sunday before. Monthly goes out on the 1st and covers the month before.

Under Compare with, you can add a change column. Pick None, Previous period or Same period last year. Under Lines, tick any of the 34 lines of the P&L. Quick picks help: Suggested, The margins, All 34 and None. Under Recipients, type up to 10 email addresses, with a comma between them. Your teammates show up as buttons you can add with one click.

A live preview on the right shows the email with your own numbers. Send me a test emails it to you first. Click Create report to save it. The form tells you when the next one goes out and which days it covers. Each report has a switch, so you can pause it without deleting it.

Each recipient can unsubscribe with one click, which takes only their address off that report. A store can have up to 10 custom reports. One organisation's reports can reach up to 20 addresses outside its team. Owners and admins set them up, and an Analyst can only read them. Custom reports are on every plan, and on Base they pause while a paid month is past its order limit. On Pro and Scale you can also invite a bookkeeper as an Analyst.
