Setting up your costs Answer 26 of 46 Updated

How do I add or change a shipping zone?

Open a shipping rate card on the Logistics page. Click a zone's column header to change that zone, or click Add zone for a new one. The zone editor then fills the panel.

Give the zone a Name, like Benelux, and a short Column label, like BNL, which heads its column. Add a whole region with one click, like European Union, or search for countries and tick them. The zone's countries show as small tags you can remove one by one, and Clear all empties the list.

A country sits in one zone only. A country that is already in another zone shows that zone's name beside it. Pick it here, and it moves to this zone when you save. The arrows under the name move the column left or right. The first column also prices orders that arrive without a country.

Press Save, and the zone is stored for your whole store. Every rate card uses the same zones. Delete zone removes a zone after a second click. Its countries then fall to the catch-all zone, which can never be deleted. If you go back with unsaved changes, nouz asks whether to keep editing or discard them.
