What is the catch-all zone for?

It owns every country no other zone lists, so no order can ever be unpriced. There is exactly one, it cannot be deleted, and its purpose is structural rather than commercial.

Orders landing in it are flagged, which is the useful part. A country arriving there repeatedly is either a market worth pricing properly or one worth not shipping to, and both are better decided from the flag than from a surprising carrier invoice.
