How do I cancel?

Settings, Billing, Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the current period, you keep access until then, and you are not charged again. No email, no call, no retention flow.

Export your data first if you want a copy; the full account export is on every plan. If you change your mind, the subscription can be resumed before the period ends or restarted after it.
