When exactly does my trial end?

Fourteen days after you started it, and the date is shown in Settings and then Billing rather than left for you to count. The first charge happens on that date, at the plan you chose, plus tax.

Cancelling before then means no charge at all. There is no notice period and nothing to email us about: the control is in Billing, next to the date.
