When exactly does my trial end?

Your trial runs for 14 days from the day you approve your plan on Shopify. After that, the first month is charged on your Shopify bill. You pay the plan you chose, plus any tax Shopify charges in your region.

You find the exact date in nouz under Settings and then Billing. The Your plan card shows a badge like Trial · 11 days left. The date box beside it says Trial ends, no charge before. Cancel plan sits on the same card.

If you cancel before the trial ends, there is no charge at all. You can use Cancel plan, or uninstall nouz from your Shopify admin. There is no notice period and nothing to email us about. Coming back later works too, with your data where you left it. Direct customers billed in euro see their date in the same place.
