What is in the full account export?

The full account export is one ZIP file with all of your store's data. It holds every dataset you can also export one by one, all ten of them. Each is its own CSV file, over your whole history. It also holds a file with your store settings: the store's name, Shopify address, timezone, currency and shipping zones.

Open Settings, then Data export, and scroll to the last card, Full account export. Click Prepare archive. nouz builds the file in the background and emails you when it is ready. You then download it under Recent exports. It is listed there as Everything, with All data and its dates.

The CSV files inside use plain numbers, like 1234.56, with commas between the columns. Other software reads that format most easily. The P&L file has one column for each month.

It is your data portability export under the GDPR, the EU's data protection law. That law says you may always take your data with you. So it is open on every plan, even while individual exports are paused on Base. It also stays open after your plan has ended. Take it before you delete your account or uninstall nouz.
