How do the manager calls work?

Pro includes one manager call a month and Scale 3 manager calls a month. Base has none. A manager call is a 30-minute video call with your account manager at nouz. You book it on the Support page, under Book a call.

First, pick what you would like to do: Walk through my numbers, Set up costs together, or Something else. Then pick a day in the calendar and a free time. You can add a line under Anything we should look at first? Click Book the call. A calendar invite with a Google Meet link then arrives by email.

The calendar offers weekdays only, from tomorrow up to 60 days ahead. Times run from 09:00 to 17:00 in your store's timezone. You only see times your account manager is really free. A badge shows how many calls are left in the month you are looking at. Where booking a time is not open yet, the screen says so. Then a message gets you a time by email instead.

Calls count in the month they take place, so the count starts again on the 1st. A call you cancel goes back into that month. When this month's call is used, you can already book next month's. Anyone on the team can book a call. An owner or an admin can cancel any call, and everyone else the calls they booked.

Your booked calls are listed on Support, where you can cancel them, and Settings, Billing shows them under This month. Use the call as you like. It can be a walk through your own numbers, or someone doing the onboarding alongside you. It is an offer beside a product you can run on your own, and every step in nouz works without it.
