Billing and plans Answer 13 of 15 Updated

Where do I see my plan and my next charge?

Open Settings, then the Billing tab. The first card, Your plan, shows it all. At the top are the plan's name and a badge. Trial · 11 days left means you are in the free trial. Active means the plan is paid and running. Cancelling means it ends on a set day. Ended means it has stopped.

Under the name, one line says who bills you and how much. For most stores, Shopify bills nouz on the Shopify invoice every 30 days. That line gives the price in dollars, with the euro amount beside it. Direct customers see a euro price a month, plus VAT. The date box on the right shows the next date that matters. It may say Trial ends, the day of your next charge, or Access ends.

Below that, the card lists what your plan covers. It names every feature, your stores, your team members, your orders, your support and your manager calls. Under the list sit the buttons. Change plan on Shopify opens Shopify's own plan page. In a busy Base month, the button says Upgrade on Shopify instead. Cancel plan ends the plan at the end of its period.

Only the owner sees the buttons. Admins and Analysts see the line Only an owner can change the plan. Notes about your plan appear at the bottom of the card, for example when a switch to another plan starts. How much of the plan you use is in the next card, This month.
