How do I switch between stores?

Click your store's name at the top left of the sidebar. The store menu opens. It lists every store you have connected, each with its logo and its Shopify address.

On Pro and Scale, each store in the list has a small box. Click a store to add it to your view. Click it again to take it out. Each click works at once, and the menu stays open for the next one. The stores you selected are highlighted, and one store always stays selected.

Only stores that sell in the same currency can be added up. A store in another currency says, for example, Priced in USD, shown on its own. Clicking it opens that store alone. When several stores are selected, the Overview, the P&L and Inventory add them up. Other pages, like the cost pages, Insights and Settings, keep working on one store and say which.

On Base, the plan covers one store. Any other store you still have is listed with a lock, and the words Switching stores is part of Pro. Clicking it opens Settings, Billing. Near the bottom, Connect another store shows how many stores you have, like 2 of 5 connected. When your plan is full, that row says Upgrade for more stores. The last row is Log out.
