Reading your P&L Answer 21 of 21 Updated

Can I see several stores added up?

Yes, on Pro and Scale, for stores that sell in the same currency: select them in the store menu, and the Overview, the P&L and Inventory add them up. Every line of the combined statement is the sum of the stores' own lines, and every percentage is calculated from those sums rather than averaged, so a small store cannot pull the margin as far as a large one.

The store menu at the top of the sidebar lists every connected store. Each click selects or deselects a store straight away, and the selected ones are highlighted; the last one always stays selected. A store priced in another currency is listed with that currency and opens on its own instead of joining, because a total in two currencies would mean nothing.

On the P&L, the By store view puts one column per store beside their total, and in the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly views Split by store shows each store's own row under every line. Inventory lists the selected stores' products side by side with a Store column and counts stock per store, so a warehouse two stores share appears once in each. Sync now syncs every store in the view.

Each store keeps its own clock: a combined 1 September adds each store's own 1 September, and today is the earliest of the stores' todays, so yesterday is a finished day in every store; the Overview says so when the dates differ. The Forecast, Insights, the cost pages and Settings, exports included, work on one store at a time, and their header shows which store, with a picker to switch. Margin target chips are hidden in a combined view.
