What happens when my store passes Base's monthly order limit?

During the free trial, nothing locks: a store past the limit only sees a notice. From the first paid day, a calendar month past the limit pauses the product pages, the individual exports and every report email except a short daily one, until you upgrade or the next month begins. The sync keeps running, so every number is complete the moment you do.

Base covers up to 500 orders a month. What counts is gross orders, line 8 of the P&L: every order that is not cancelled and not a test, in the current calendar month in your store's own timezone, and the count starts again on the 1st. From 400 orders in a month nouz shows a banner in the app and sends one email that month, so the limit never arrives as a surprise.

Past the limit after the trial, the product pages lead to a screen with the way up: on Shopify billing that is Shopify's own plan page, and for direct customers Settings and then Billing. The daily profit email keeps arriving with the day's net revenue and EBITDA and holds the rest back; the alerts, the summaries and custom reports pause, and a report that falls in the pause is not sent later. Billing, the full account export, Support and logging out stay open, and files you exported before the lock can still be downloaded until their links expire.

Pro and Scale have no order limit, and an upgrade lifts the pause straight away.
