Billing and plans Answer 15 of 15 Updated

Why does nouz congratulate me on my orders this month?

Because your store is outgrowing Base, which is good news. Base covers up to 500 orders a month. From 400 orders in a month, a green banner appears at the top of every page. It says, for example, You're at 412 of 500 orders this month. Congratulations! Its link, Upgrade for unlimited orders, takes you to the plan change.

During your free trial nothing pauses, even past 500. The banner then names your store and says when the lock would start. For example: Base locks above 500 once your trial ends, followed by the date.

After the trial, a month past 500 orders shows a screen instead of your pages. Its title is You passed 500 orders this month. Congratulations! It shows three numbers: Orders this month, Included in Base and Count restarts. Cancelled and test orders are not counted. The button Upgrade for unlimited orders brings everything back at once.

Nothing is lost while you wait. nouz keeps syncing every order, so your P&L is complete the moment you upgrade. Billing and your full data export stay open in Settings, and so do Support and Log out. If you stay on Base, everything comes back on the 1st, in your store's timezone. Reports skipped until then are not sent later.
