What is the difference between Base, Pro and Scale?

The plans differ only in how much they cover. Every plan has every feature. That means the 34-line P&L, the Forecast and all four cost pages. It also means every sync and ad connector, the eleven Insights tabs, Inventory, every export and the email reports. The full account export is on every plan too, because data portability is a right, not a feature.

Base covers one store, one team member and up to 500 orders a month, with email support. Pro covers up to 5 stores and up to 5 team members, with no order limit. It also brings priority support and one manager call a month. Scale covers up to 10 stores and unlimited team members, with no order limit, priority support and 3 manager calls a month.

During the 14-day free trial, a Base store past its monthly order limit only sees a notice. From the first paid day, a month past the limit pauses the pages, the report emails and the individual exports. They stay paused until you upgrade or the next month begins. Reports skipped in that time are not sent later. Meanwhile, only a short daily email with the day's net revenue and EBITDA keeps arriving. EBITDA is your profit after every cost. The sync keeps running, and billing, the full account export and support stay open.

Pro and Scale have room for more stores and more people. So they come with the Owner, Admin and Analyst roles, and a store menu that switches stores without logging you out.
