Setting up your costs Answer 22 of 46 Updated
What does the Logistics page show?
It lists your logistics rules: everything it costs to get an order to the customer and back. Open Logistics in the sidebar. Each row is one rule, like a carrier's rate card or your warehouse's packing fee. Every order runs through all of them, and their total is Logistic Costs on your P&L, your profit and loss statement.
The columns are Status, Rule, Component, Charges, On a typical order and Effective period. Status says whether the rule is Active, Scheduled or Ended. Component says which of the five kinds the rule is. Charges sums up its prices in one line, like €1,80 per parcel + €0,40 per extra item.
On a typical order is what the rule cost per order over the last 30 days. It is the rule's cost on your real parcels, divided by your orders. Effective period shows when the rule applies, like from 1 Jan 2026. It comes from the rule's Effective from and Effective to dates. Old versions of a rule stay in the list as their own rows.
At the top right, Zones opens your shipping zones, with how many orders went to each in the last 30 days. A zone with no price on any active rate card shows No rate. A note warns you when orders went to countries no zone lists. Add rule starts a new rule, and a click on a row opens it.
