Reading your P&L Answer 4 of 36 Updated

What do the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly views show?

They split your date range into columns: one per day, week, month or year. You pick a view in the range picker at the top of the P&L. The P&L opens on the Total view, which shows the whole range in one column instead.

Say you pick 1 July to 30 September and the Monthly view. You then get three columns: Jul 2026, Aug 2026 and Sep 2026. A Total column for the whole range comes first, in bold. To hide it, turn off Show total column in the range picker. nouz remembers your choice in this browser.

Weeks run from Monday to Sunday. A week cut off by your range shows only its days inside the range, like 1 to 5 Jul. The table shows the newest 60 columns at most. A longer range says so under the table, like Showing the latest 60 of 92 periods. Hold the mouse button down and drag the table sideways to see more. The line names stay in place while you do.

With several stores selected, two more choices appear. The By store view puts one column per store beside their total. Split by store, in the Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly views, adds a small row for each store under every line. It stays off until you turn it on.
