Syncing and data Answer 9 of 25 Updated

What does Order history in Settings show?

Order history shows how the import of your past orders is going. When you connect your store, the first sync imports every order it has ever taken. You find the row in Settings, then Integrations, under Automatic sync.

It can say four things. The history import starts in a moment means the import has not begun yet. Importing your order history means it is running, often with a count, such as 12.345 orders so far. Import stopped means something interrupted it.

A number and a date mean the import is complete, for example 137.947 orders, since 1 Jul 2025. nouz then has every order back to that day. Cancelled and test orders are not counted, because they never reach your P&L.

If it says Import stopped, press Sync now. The import starts again where it stopped, and nothing already saved is lost. You can use nouz while it runs.

The Shopify panel shows the same under Order history. If your history only reaches back about 60 days, Shopify may have given nouz only its standard permission. Why that matters is in why nouz asks for access to all orders.
