Syncing and data Answer 10 of 25 Updated

What does Recent syncs show in Settings?

Recent syncs is a list of your latest syncs, newest first. Open Settings, then Integrations, and scroll to the bottom. Each row is one sync of one source.

The When column shows the time the sync ran, such as Today, 06:00. The What column shows the source: Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or All sources. The How column says what started it. Automatic is the night sync, and Manual is a Sync now. Import is the first import of your history. Sync is a short sync nouz starts by itself, for example after you add or resume an ad account.

The Result column says Done, Failed, Running or Cancelled. The Details column says what the sync brought in, such as 12 orders, 3 refunds, 2 products. For an ad platform it counts spend rows, one per campaign and day. If a sync failed, Details shows why. Point at it to read the whole message.

Click Problems to see only the syncs that failed. If none did, it says No problems in the last syncs. Click All to see every sync again. While a sync runs, its row updates as it works, so you do not need to reload the page.

A sync that fails is tried again a few times. If it still cannot finish, the “A sync fails” alert emails you. That alert is on by default, and you can switch it in Settings, then Notifications.
