Syncing and data Answer 7 of 25 Updated

What do the statuses in Settings, Integrations mean?

Each status tells you whether a source is sending data, and what to do if it is not. Open Settings, then Integrations. Under Sources, each source has a row. It shows a status, a strip of the last 14 days and the time of its last sync.

Connected means all is well. Needs you means the source stopped syncing, for example because its sign-in expired, and the button says Reconnect. Not connected means it was never connected. Disconnected means Shopify was disconnected, in Settings or by uninstalling nouz.

Ad platforms have three more. Choose accounts means you approved the connection on the platform, but have not picked the ad accounts yet. Nothing syncs until you do, and the panel calls this One step left. Paused means every account of that platform is switched off. Access ends 12 Oct means Meta's access runs out soon.

Inside an ad platform's panel, each account has its own status. Syncing means nouz reads it every night and on every Sync now. Paused means you switched it off. Stopped after 3 Oct means it stopped working after that day, and the panel's heading then says Stopped syncing. Importing history means its first sync is reading its past spend. Not synced yet means no sync has reached it so far.

The 14-day strip has one mark per day. Each mark shows whether that day synced, failed, is syncing now or had no sync. Point at a mark to see the day and what happened.

The card at the top sums it all up. Everything is up to date means nothing needs you. Waiting for the first sync means no sync has finished yet. Syncing now shows each step while a sync runs. Otherwise it names the one thing to fix, such as Shopify needs you, with a button like Fix Shopify. While something needs you, or a sync runs, a small dot sits on the Integrations tab.

Recent syncs, at the bottom of the page, lists each sync one by one. Everyone on the team can see every status. Only an owner or an admin can connect, pause, resume or reconnect.
