Syncing and data Answer 8 of 25 Updated

What is in the Shopify panel in Settings?

The Shopify panel shows how your store is connected, and lets you manage it. Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the Shopify row. The panel opens with your store's address at the top.

Four facts come first. Connected since is the day you connected the store. Last sync is when the last sync finished, such as 5 Oct 2026, 06:00, and how long ago that was. Next automatic sync is when the night sync runs next, such as Tomorrow at 06:00. Order history says how much of your history is in, such as Complete, 137.947 orders.

Under Sync, you can pick the Daily sync time, which is the hour of the night sync. Sync now fetches everything new right away: orders, refunds, products and ad spend.

What nouz can read lists each kind of data nouz takes from your store. All of it is read-only. nouz can never change anything in your store, and you can take its access away in Shopify at any time.

At the bottom, Danger zone holds Disconnect the store. It stops syncing and removes nouz's access, while your synced data and cost rules stay. Disconnecting does not cancel your plan. Open Shopify admin takes you to your store's admin in a new tab.
