TrueProfit has four plans, from Basic at $35 for 300 orders a month to Enterprise at $200 for 3.500, and each charges a fee for every order past its tier, up to a monthly cap. At 1.000 orders the cheapest configuration is $100 on Ultimate; at 5.000 it is $305 on Enterprise. The P&L report starts on Advanced.
TrueProfit prices by orders, and in two ways at once: a plan covers a set number of orders a month, and every order past that number costs a fee, until the plan's monthly cap. That makes its real price a calculation rather than a figure on a card, and this page does the calculation: the four plans as TrueProfit publishes them, each priced at 100, 500, 1.000 and 5.000 orders a month, what each plan includes, and how the bill behaves as a store grows.
nouz is one of the tools compared here; competitor prices were read on 1 Oct 2026.
In short

- Past its tier each plan charges per order: $0,30 an order above 300, at most $300 a month on Basic, down to $0,07 an order above 3.500, at most $1.000 a month on Enterprise.
- The P&L report and product analytics start on Advanced; marketing attribution and unlimited team members are on Enterprise.

- Each store needs its own plan; the pricing page mentions a discount for five stores or more without stating it.
TrueProfit's four plans
| Plan | A month | Orders included | Each order past it | Most it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $35 | 300 | $0,30 | $300 |
| Advanced | $60 | 600 | $0,20 | $500 |
| Ultimate | $100 | 1.500 | $0,10 | $700 |
| Enterprise | $200 | 3.500 | $0,07 | $1.000 |
What each plan adds, as TrueProfit's own listing describes it:
- Basic, $35: the real-time profit dashboard, customer lifetime value, product costs by quantity, shipping costs by weight, and custom costs.
- Advanced, $60: adds product analytics, the P&L report, bundling insights, Shopify Shipping sync and a customisable email report.
- Ultimate, $100: adds custom rules for ad sync and unlimited cost of goods zones.
- Enterprise, $200: adds marketing attribution, unlimited team members and prioritised support.
What TrueProfit costs at 100, 500, 1.000 and 5.000 orders
Because every plan can run past its tier, each one has a price at each of these volumes, and the cheapest plan changes as the store grows. The table prices all four at each volume, with the fee for the extra orders included, then names the cheapest overall and the cheapest that carries the P&L report.
Orders a month
| Plan | 100 orders a month | 500 orders a month | 1.000 orders a month | 5.000 orders a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic, $35 | $35 | $95 | $245 | $335 |
| Advanced, $60 | $60 | $60 | $140 | $560 |
| Ultimate, $100 | $100 | $100 | $100 | $450 |
| Enterprise, $200 | $200 | $200 | $200 | $305 |
| Cheapest | $35 on Basic | $60 on Advanced | $100 on Ultimate | $305 on Enterprise |
| Cheapest with the P&L report | $60 on Advanced | $60 on Advanced | $100 on Ultimate | $305 on Enterprise |
Read across, the table has four lessons. At 100 orders Basic is the lowest bill, $35, for a store that can do without the P&L report; with it, Advanced at $60. At 500 orders Basic would cost $95 with its fees, so Advanced is the cheaper plan and carries the report. At 1.000 orders Ultimate at $100 beats Advanced, which would cost $140. And at 5.000 orders the cheapest is Enterprise plus $105 of fees, $305 in all.
Where the fees stop
Every plan's fees stop at its cap. Basic reaches its cap at 1.300 orders a month, Advanced at 3.100, Ultimate at 8.500 and Enterprise at 17.786. Past those volumes the bills stop climbing: Basic at $335 a month, Advanced at $560, Ultimate at $800 and Enterprise at $1.200.
That gives the pricing an unusual shape at high volume. At 10.000 orders a month the cheapest TrueProfit configuration is $335 on Basic, at its cap and without the P&L report; with the report it is $560 on Advanced. For a store planning its tools a year ahead, the right volume to price is next year's, and the right plan is the one with the features you will actually use, not the one the table happens to make cheapest.
Which TrueProfit plan is cheapest at which volume
Each tier's fees eventually cost more than the next tier's price, so the cheapest plan changes at points that are not the tier sizes. Priced order by order, the cheapest plan for each range of monthly orders is:
- From 1 to 383 orders a month: Basic, $35 plus its per-order fee, at most $335.
- From 384 to 800 orders a month: Advanced, $60 plus its per-order fee, at most $560.
- From 801 to 2.500 orders a month: Ultimate, $100 plus its per-order fee, at most $800.
- From 2.501 to 5.428 orders a month: Enterprise, $200 plus its per-order fee, at most $1.200.
- From 5.429 orders a month upward: Basic, $35 plus its per-order fee, at most $335.
Keep only the plans with the P&L report and the runs change:
- From 1 to 800 orders a month: Advanced, $60 plus its per-order fee, at most $560.
- From 801 to 2.500 orders a month: Ultimate, $100 plus its per-order fee, at most $800.
- From 2.501 to 8.642 orders a month: Enterprise, $200 plus its per-order fee, at most $1.200.
- From 8.643 orders a month upward: Advanced, $60 plus its per-order fee, at most $560.
Features can outweigh the arithmetic: marketing attribution and unlimited team members are on Enterprise only, so a store that needs them is on Enterprise whatever its volume.
Stores, trials and billing
Each store needs its own TrueProfit plan, according to the questions answered on TrueProfit's own site, and the stores can then be viewed one at a time or together. The pricing page mentions a special discount for five stores or more without stating its size. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial; there is no free plan, and the pricing page shows no annual price. A tracker's subscription, whichever you choose, is one of your fixed costs, and on a profit and loss statement it belongs with overhead, spread across the days it covers.
How nouz compares
nouz prices per plan rather than per order: Base $55, Pro $115 and Scale $289 a month (about €49, €99 and €249). Base covers up to 500 orders a month, and Pro and Scale have no order limit, every plan carries every feature, and there is no fee per order. At the same four volumes the two set out like this: at 100 orders, TrueProfit $35 on Basic, or $60 on Advanced with the P&L report, nouz $55 on Base; at 500, $60 on Advanced against $55 on Base; at 1.000, $100 on Ultimate against $115 on Pro; at 5.000, $305 on Enterprise against $115 on Pro. TrueProfit's bill rises with the store until its caps, and nouz's stops moving once a store is past Base.
The price is only half of that comparison. TrueProfit brings a mobile app, spend sync from twelve marketing platforms and attribution on Enterprise; nouz brings a 34-line P&L with a VAT line, logistics priced per parcel, every cost type kept at its own date and a Forecast page, all on every plan. nouz vs TrueProfit goes through both sides, the profit tracker cost calculator puts every tool at your own volume, and TrueProfit alternatives maps the rest of the field.
How these prices were read
TrueProfit's plans, fees, caps and plan contents were checked 1 Oct 2026 on its pricing page and its Shopify App Store listing, and the note on stores on its own site. Prices change, so the vendor's page is the authority on any day after this one. nouz's figures are read from the plans its checkout charges, set out under nouz's pricing, and the wider market is priced the same way in the comparison of the best Shopify profit tracking apps.
