Where are my recent exports, and when do links expire?
Every export you start appears under Recent exports, in Settings under Data export. Click Download on its row to save the file. Each download link works for seven days after the export is created. After that, the row says Expired, and you run the export again.
Each row shows the export's name and dates, its Rows, its Size and when it was Created. The Status column says where it stands. Preparing means nouz is still building the file. Ready means you can download it. Failed means it did not finish, so start it again. Expired means its seven days are over.
nouz builds every file in the background and emails you when it is ready. The button in that email opens Data export. You can leave the page meanwhile. While a file is being prepared, the page checks on it and updates by itself.
Only one export of each kind can run at a time for each store. If you start many exports in a short time, nouz asks you to wait an hour. Files you made before a Base pause can still be downloaded until their links expire.
