Does nouz handle EPR registration or reporting?

No: registering and reporting stay with your EPR scheme and your advisers. nouz handles the cost. It prices the packaging EPR fee on every parcel from your own scheme rates. It also adds up the kilograms of each material per country, which is what a scheme asks you to declare.

EPR means extended producer responsibility: a recycling fee for the packaging you send into a country. In nouz the fee is the fifth part of your logistics costs, beside shipping, pick and pack, packaging and return processing. It is charged by the parcel's country, on the materials your packaging rule declares, at the rate you entered. So it lands in Logistic Costs on the order date and lowers CM2. CM2 is what you keep after the product, shipping and payment fees.

Fractions of a cent are kept, not rounded away on every parcel. Rounding each parcel would lose the same fraction thousands of times, as the rounding drift story shows.

For the declaration, open Settings, then Data export, and choose the Packaging EPR report. It lists the parcels, the kilograms and the fee per country and material, over any date range. It is a record of what you shipped, not a filing. The figures you give your scheme and the cost on your P&L come from the same parcels.

Who must register, where, and what is owed are legal questions. Your scheme and your advisers answer those. Being a small shop does not exempt you, as packaging rules for small shops explains. That is why nouz gives no compliance advice and keeps no rate table: the rates come from your contract.
