Can I import my costs from a spreadsheet?

Only ad spend comes in from a file. Every other cost is typed in nouz. To bring in ad spend, open Overhead, click Add cost, choose Marketing spend, then click Import a CSV instead.

The file needs a header row and one row per day of spend. It must have a date column and an amount column. A campaign column and a source column are optional. German Excel files work as they are, with semicolons, comma decimals and headers like Datum and Betrag. Amounts are without VAT, and a file can hold up to 5.000 rows.

Each row counts in Marketing Costs on its own date. A line with a mistake is skipped and listed with its line number, and the other rows still come in. The whole file then shows on the Overhead page as one row, like CSV import · 31 rows. Delete it there, and every row of that import goes at once.

Product costs arrive from Shopify for every product that has a cost there and none in nouz yet. You then change them one variant at a time on the Products page. Logistics rules, payment fees and overhead are short lists, typed in their own panels. Which costs to enter first follows the life of an order.

Every product still without a cost reads No cost on the Products page and is flagged on the Overview. So a missing cost is never quietly counted as zero. On Pro and Scale, a manager call can be spent setting up your costs together.
