Which costs should I set up first?

Product costs, then logistics, then payment fees, then overhead, which is the order they come out of an order and the order in which each one unlocks a margin. Unit costs alone give you CM1, which already answers whether the products earn.

You do not need all four to get value. Each one you add makes one more line of the statement real, and anything still missing is flagged rather than assumed to be zero, so a half-finished setup gives you honest partial answers instead of a confident wrong one.
