How do I pause or add an ad account?
Open Settings, then Integrations, and click the ad platform, such as Meta Ads. A panel opens. Under Ad accounts, you see each account nouz reads, with a switch beside it.
Each account shows three facts. “Spend, last 30 days” is what it spent in that time. Campaigns is how many of its campaigns had spend then. Synced through is the last day a sync covered.
To pause an account, turn its switch off. nouz stops reading its daily spend, and the spend it already imported stays in your P&L. A message confirms it, with an Undo button. To resume, turn the switch on again. nouz then fetches the days it missed, so your marketing costs have no gap. If the platform needs you to sign in again, it opens in a new tab first.
To add an account, click Add account. The platform opens in a new tab. Sign in with a login that sees the account, and approve read access. Back in nouz, tick the accounts to read and click the Connect button. A new account first imports its past spend, then syncs every night.
To stop a whole platform, pause each of its accounts. Its row then says Paused. Only an owner or an admin can pause, resume or add accounts.
