When does data refresh, and can I force it?

Once every night, before the daily email, so the numbers you read in the morning are the finished version of yesterday. You can also press Sync now at any time, which pulls everything new from Shopify and from each connected ad account.

There is no realtime feed and no polling, which is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation: a P&L that changes while you are reading it is harder to trust than one that is rebuilt on a schedule you know.
