Which ad platforms can I connect?

You can connect Meta, Google Ads and TikTok. nouz reads each one through the platform's own official connection, and it only reads. It fetches what you spent per day, and never changes your campaigns, ads or budgets.

An owner or an admin connects them in Settings, then Integrations, or in the Ad spend step of the onboarding. Click the platform, then Continue to Meta, or to Google or TikTok. The platform opens in a new tab. Sign in, approve read access and pick the ad accounts nouz should read. You can connect several accounts on one platform.

A platform you have not connected shows on the Overview under Needs your attention. Any spend there is missing from Marketing Costs. CM3 and EBITDA, your profit after marketing and after every cost, would then look too high. If you do not advertise there, you can ignore it. If a connection stops working, its row says Needs you, and the “A connection stops working” alert emails you.

Meta's access ends about 60 days after each sign-in. The Overview asks you to renew it a week before.

Any other channel goes in by hand or as a CSV, on the Overhead page under Add cost, then Marketing spend. The P&L treats both the same way. Connected or typed in, spend counts on the day the money was spent.

Spend on Shopify's own Shop Campaigns needs no connection of its own. It comes in with your store, once Shopify allows nouz to read it.
