How do I save, rename or delete a What if scenario?

Change a lever in What if, then click Save next to the scenario's name. It is saved as Scenario 1, Scenario 2 and so on, and you can type a better name. Only an owner or admin can save. Scenarios are saved per store, so your team sees them too.

Click the name to switch between versions. Your forecast is the plain forecast: your own sales and your planned events, with no changes. Each saved scenario shows what it does to EBITDA against it. Switching away from unsaved changes throws them away, and a message lets you undo that.

Change a saved scenario and it shows Edited, with Save to keep the change. The three dots button holds the rest. For an edited scenario it offers Save as new scenario and Discard changes. Every saved one has Rename, Duplicate and Delete scenario. Duplicate makes a copy with (copy) in its name, and a deletion can be undone right after.

A scenario keeps only what you changed. A lever you left alone keeps following the forecast as new orders come in. So a saved price rise stays just a price rise, even when your order pace moves.

If someone changed the same thing since your page opened, your save is refused with Not saved: this was changed elsewhere. The page then shows the latest version, and you make your change again. Goals and planned events work the same way, so nobody overwrites anyone without seeing it.
