What do the data health flags mean?

They are warnings about gaps in your data. Each one marks a place where a number would rest on a guess. You find them on the Overview, in the card Needs your attention. Each item says what is missing and links to the page that fixes it.

Some items mean a cost is missing. For example: 3 products have no unit cost, No fee rule for PayPal, or No shipping rate for Rest of world. Others read No shipping price since 1 Oct, after your rate card ended, or Packaging EPR is not priced for France. An ad platform can show as TikTok not connected, or say Meta access ends on 12 Oct. Orders in another currency that could not be converted yet show too, like 2 orders in SEK, not EUR.

Other items are estimates: a price was used, but it may be a bit off. One reads like 4 orders priced without a weight. Others are about orders priced without a size, orders shipped to an unzoned country or orders with no destination country. While other items need doing, the estimates wait behind a link like 2 estimated costs. When nothing is missing, the card says All clear.

Items look back over the last 90 days. A zone or a market you priced last week is not listed again. A flag clears itself once the gap is filled. The Data health issues alert, off by default, emails you when a new gap appears. A figure that rests on a gap is labelled as such, so you can judge if it is good enough for today's decision.
