What does the Overview show after Sync now?
It shows a card of what came in since your last sync. Sync now is the button at the top of the Overview. Press it, and nouz pulls everything new since your last sync: orders, refunds, products and ad spend. The button counts the steps, like Syncing 2 of 4. A blue line under the header fills as each step finishes.
The steps are each ad platform you connected, then Shopify, then updating your P&L. When all of them are done, the page refreshes once. Then the card unfolds over the other cards. Its title says when your last sync was, like Since 17:30. Every number on the page that changed counts up from its old value to its new one.
The card shows four figures: Orders, Net revenue, Profit today and Marketing. Each says how much it moved, like +3 under Orders, with 12 to 15 today. Under them, each source says what it brought, like Shopify, 3 orders and 1 refund synced. Or like Google Ads, up to date.
If a source could not be read, the card says so first, with a button to fix it. When nothing changed, it says Nothing new since 17:30 and closes by itself. If the sync takes longer than two minutes, the card says Still syncing. The sync then carries on in the background, and the numbers update when it is done.
With several stores selected, Sync now syncs every store in the view. The owner or an admin can start a sync. An Analyst cannot.
