How do I know whether my numbers are complete?

Look at the sync badge at the top right of the page. It says when your last sync finished, for example Synced 2 h ago. The dot in front of it is green when every source is connected and synced. It is amber when something is missing, so a number may be incomplete.

The badge has a few other states. Syncing… with a blue dot means a sync is running right now, and the page updates itself when it is done. Not synced yet means no sync has finished so far. If a sync fails, the badge keeps the time of the last sync that worked, such as Synced 1 d ago.

Click the badge to open Data freshness. It lists Shopify and each ad platform on its own row, with the time it last synced. A source you have not connected says Not connected, and that makes the dot amber. That is true even for a platform you do not use, such as TikTok. If you do not advertise there, nothing is missing.

At the bottom, a line says when the next automatic sync runs, such as Next automatic sync at 06:00. Its Change link opens Settings, then Integrations, where you set the Daily sync time. Manage connections opens the same page.

The badge sits on the Overview. On a wide screen it also sits on the P&L, Insights, the Forecast, Products and Inventory. On a phone only the dot shows. With several stores selected, each store gets its own row, and the dot shows the worst state of them all. The time on the badge is then that of the store synced longest ago.

For more detail, Settings, then Integrations, shows each source's last 14 days and your recent syncs. And if a number rests on a gap, nouz says so on the page itself.
