How do I change the daily sync time?
Open Settings, then Integrations. Under Automatic sync, pick a new hour in Daily sync time. It saves by itself, and Saved shows for a moment. From then on, the night sync runs at that hour, in your store's timezone.
There are two other ways to get there. The Shopify panel on the same page has the same picker, under Sync. Or click the sync badge at the top of the Overview. Next to “Next automatic sync at 06:00” is a Change link, and it opens Settings, then Integrations.
Under the picker, a line shows your day from 00:00 to 24:00. It marks the sync, your daily email and the time now. Pick an hour before your daily email, so the email has all of yesterday. Say the sync runs at 06:00 and your email comes at 08:00. Then the email has the whole day.
If the email goes out before the sync, it still arrives on time. It then says “Yesterday is not fully synced yet”, with the time of the last sync. The rest of the day comes with the next sync.
Only an owner or an admin can change the hour. It counts for the whole store, so your whole team sees numbers from the same sync. Your email hour is separate: each person picks their own, in Settings, then Notifications.
