What is in the daily profit email?

Every day, after the nightly sync and at the hour you choose, nouz emails you yesterday's profit. It is worked out by the same engine as the app. It comes at 08:00 in your store's time zone, unless you pick another hour. At the top are two figures: net revenue, and EBITDA, your profit after every cost.

Below them is the margin waterfall in thirteen lines. It runs from Gross Revenue, Returns and Taxes to Net Revenue. Then come product costs and CM1, then logistics, payment fees and CM2. Then marketing and CM3, and last overhead and EBITDA. Most lines also show their percentage.

If yesterday is not fully synced by your hour, the email still goes out on time. It then says Yesterday is not fully synced yet, with the time of the last sync. The rest of the day arrives with the next sync.

Unless you switch it off, the email also carries a short forecast. It says where this month will likely end in EBITDA, against your goal if you set one. It also says what the next months add up to. The switch is in Settings, Notifications, and on the Forecast page under Alerts.

It is on every plan, along with the alerts, the summary reports and your own custom reports. Each can be switched off in Settings without switching off the others. On Base, while a paid month is past its order limit, the daily email still arrives with the day's net revenue and EBITDA and holds the rest of the statement back; the alerts, the summaries and custom reports pause, and a report that falls in the pause is not sent later.
