When does nouz sync?

nouz syncs once every night, and each time you press Sync now. A sync means nouz fetches what is new from Shopify and from your ad accounts.

You pick the hour of the night sync. Open Settings, then Integrations. Under Automatic sync, choose an hour in Daily sync time. The hour counts in your store's own timezone. Pick an hour before your daily email, so the email has all of yesterday. If the sync cannot start on that hour, nouz starts it at the next hourly check that day.

The night sync reads your ad spend first. Then it reads everything that changed in Shopify: orders, refunds and products. It also reads the stock of every product and, where Shopify allows it, your store traffic. Last, it checks your daily numbers again. It checks the last 60 days every night. It checks older days in turns, so every older day is checked at least once a week.

Sync now is the button at the top of the Overview. An owner or an admin can press it at any time. It fetches everything new since the last sync, then shows what came in. With several stores selected, it syncs every store in the view.

The very first sync is bigger, because it imports every order your store has ever taken. The sync badge at the top of the Overview shows when the last sync finished. Why nouz works this way, and not live, is in why nouz syncs nightly.
